@GWRHelp But it was ridiculous passengers having to stand from Paddington to Bridgend - no catering on board as they would not be able to physically get up and down the carriages for the passengers filling the aisles - confrontation due to reserved seats not available - appalling

@GWRHelp please can you advise how only 5 carriages versus the standard 10 carriages were put on for a popular journey from Paddington to Carmarthen on the 11.48 service today - one you describe as a popular service - all reserved seats out the window resulting in standing room
