My favorite is the idea that reputation should not get reset on task change.

A contributor who consistently delivers high quality speech data shouldn’t suddenly become an unknown when moving into robotics, video, or AI evaluations.

You can think about it like a freelancer building a track record. The projects may be different, but reliability, consistency, attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are still good signals.
