On top of that, your staff are abusive and don’t understand any disabilities questioning people. Your connection desk at terminal three Dubai is run by immigrant Indians, who don’t know how to address people. This is a disgraced Emirates and is giving you a bad name.

@emirates once again you have let me in my family down, no disabled help or assistance upon arriving at Dubai for our connection leaving from Japan to London Heathrow, even though disabled assistance was booked and requested your staff were abusive and rude,

Disabled person who cannot breathe heavily pregnant wife as well as a disabled child having to navigate through Dubai terminal three airport for over 25 minutes, even after disabled assistance was requested no one was there to meet after the plane landed,

@ZOLB_EV can you send someone to fix the EV charger which you’re responsible for on our estate as it has not been working since Thursday this is a waste of RBKC money no one can charge their cars resulting in a pointless charger you have installed
