The individual #Hicham_Jerando, residing in #Canada, has published videos containing dangerous rhetoric that incites violence and chaos in #Morocco, clearly going beyond the limits of freedom of expression and moving into unacceptable incitement that threatens the safety of individuals and the stability of society.
Such statements cannot be justified under any circumstances, as they contradict laws that criminalize incitement to violence and hatred.

We therefore hope that #Canadian_authorities, known for their commitment to the rule of law, will take these statements seriously and open an investigation into them. Freedom of expression must never be used as a cover for calls to violence or disorder.
