@dhlexpressuk one of your drivers damaged our gate by forcing it open we have tried several times via e mail to sort this out with mo reply , the driver dis come back to attempt to fix but put the latch on upside down ,.y pet dog is unable to go out now as garden not secure ...

@easyJet flown with easy jet twice a year every year , my wife used them for work journeys up to 8 or 9 times a year , my son and his partner go with same cabin cases and get charged extra , sent e mail over a week ago still no response
