Some of you are so tired, and nobody even knows.
Monday to Friday, you give the job everything.
Saturday, you try to sleep off a whole week of exhaustion, then wake up to chores anyway.
You still show up for the wedding. Still visit the friend. Still play with the kids. Still make it to church on Sunday.
And before you are even home from church, Monday is already knocking.
The cycle barely lets you breathe.
I see you.
You are not lazy. You are carrying a lot, on very little rest.
Be proud of yourself today.
Then rest without guilt. You have more than earned it.
1. Be vigilant in keeping your conversations, inboxes, direct messages, emails, & texts PURE.
2. Beware of those who use phrases like "this is between us," "you can trust me," or "I won't tell anyone" to get you to lower your guards or remove your boundaries.
3. Anything sown in secret is subject to a public harvest.
4. So be loving; but not lenient. Be friendly but firm. Be compassionate but clear.
5. Don't tolerate inbox chatter that would compromise your character or taint your testimony.
6. Let the last time you did it be the last time you will ever do it.
I hope this is clear?
Hosea’s marriage to a prostitute helped him understand Israel’s condition, and as a result, he could minister to God & to the people from a place of experiential knowledge and revelation.
How you carry your cross is directly related to the impact you make.
Be led by the Spirit.
Underrated life skill: Making people feel important. Put your phone away. Listen closely. Ask thoughtful questions. Remember details. Remember names. Be fully present. The ability to make someone feel seen is one of the rarest and most valuable skills. And it's not that hard.
I sat with a mother recently, and I almost wept.
Her 6 year old child started complaining of abdominal pain 3 years ago.
She noticed a mass 2 years ago.
Gradually increasing in size.
She went to a hospital.
The doctors said they needed to operate.
She ran.
"My baby is too small," she said.
A year ago, the tummy started getting bigger.
The child started losing weight.
Complications began to stack.
She went back.
The mass had grown significantly.
The chest had cannonball lesions.
Advanced disease.
Wilms tumour is one of the most treatable cancers in children.
If caught early, survival rates are excellent.
This child had a chance 3 years ago.
Abdominal swelling or pain in a child is a red flag.
It's not something to watch.
It's not something to manage at home.
It's not something to take to the "chemist."
Please come early.
Please come to the hospital and follow through with the treatment.
No child should die from Wilms tumour.
@maxi_tine @Anifelconsult Hi, I hope you don’t mind me jumping in.
If you graduated recently (around 2024 or after), you might want to check out the NAWA Banach Scholarship. It’s fully funded and open to international students.

My grandma has always liked eating bananas and watermelon since I knew her.
But recently, she was placed on Lisinopril for her BP. I had to tell her gently, “mama, we may need to take it easy on the bananas small.”
Being a very inquisitive and smart woman, this sounded strange because all she’s known about bananas and the heart is that it has a positive effect on the heart. So, she needed an explanation.
Yes, because we hear it many times that they’re good for the heart, and truly, they are packed with nutrients that benefit the heart and the body in general.
So I had to explain to her, what I am about to share with you right now, because it was important for her to know;
Some people, especially those with heart-related conditions or on certain medications, need to be a bit more careful; If you’re taking Lisinopril for blood pressure control or heart protection, you should watch how you consume bananas, particularly if it’s something you eat often.
This is because Lisinopril can increase potassium levels in the body, and bananas are already very rich in potassium. When both come together carelessly, it can lead to a condition called hyperkalemia, where potassium becomes too much in the blood.
Don’t get it wrong, this is not about completely avoiding bananas. It’s about being mindful. Eat in moderation, avoid overloading on other high-potassium foods, and try not to take it too close to your medication.
By the way, after explaining this to her, she told me “You have entered into this pharmacy thing very well oh “ 😂
• Somebody will come online and randomly ask you to drop your date of birth, and you will rush to share it.
• Two days later, another person will tweet that you should comment your state of origin, and you will rush to do so.
• Four days later, they will ask on the TL which university you attended, and you will quickly respond.
• A week later, they will ask where your gym is, and you will share it.
• Two weeks later, they will ask for your place of work, and you will comment.
• Three weeks later, they will ask you to name the closest supermarket to your residential area, and you will respond.
Some of you are not security-conscious at all. You freely give out sensitive information to strangers because you do not understand social engineering. If you like, don’t use your head.
@NaOgunsola@boye4christ2006 Hi Ogunsola @NaOgunsola , please could you take this down? These are people’s personal information (PII). If they didn’t share it publicly themselves, it shouldn’t be posted.
Thank you.
@Pelumii100x@boye4christ2006 Hi Pelumi @Pelumi100x, please could you take this down? These are people’s personal information (PII). If they didn’t share it publicly themselves, it shouldn’t be posted.

The lady at the charity shop today told me that she wishes people would clear out their children's old toys in the lead up to Christmas rather than after because she always sees a number of parents in the days before Christmas looking for toys for their little ones who might be strapped for cash. She said there's very rarely anything in just before, but that they get inundated with toys in the days after.
And it really made me think about it in a way I never would have before.
If you know your child is going to get lots of presents from Father Christmas this year, by clearing out your cupboards a few days early, you could make another child's Christmas a lot more special too.
Saw this & thought I'd repost.
You see, back in 2013, I used to be that guy with brilliant ideas but who did absolutely nothing about them.
One day, I attended a pitch event where they needed four business ideas. I submitted three… and they picked all three.
They called my name once. Then again. Then a third time.
And the crowd would murmur each time: “It’s the same guy, he’s already up there!”
So instead of four different people standing on stage, it was just me and one other person. And there I was, standing tall, grinning like a fool, full of pride.
But I later realized something that changed my life: that ideas are BS.
Because I never executed any of them. I kept “refining”, endlessly polishing ideas.
Then one day, I woke up and decided to stop overthinking.
I built my first website, launched my first info product… and soon, I was making enough small change to “pimp up” my small room in our family house and buy an old Audi 80.
That’s when I learned one of the most powerful business lessons ever:
Execution is all that matters.
Sometimes, you just have to jump in and figure things out as you go, ideas are just mental farts.
The people who make the most headway in life are not the ones with genius ideas.
They’re the ones who take something simple… and push the living daylight out of it.
If you do come across this, pls repost
I don't expect everyone to be able to contribute but reposting is genuinely the least anyone can do
Kehinde's current condition is worsening.
I have two mobile phones; my Google Pixel, which is my every day, picture-perfect phone, and my gradually-dying Samsung, which I only use to make calls.
I started to use my Pixel in 2023 but before then, I had used my Samsung from 2019. It had been my loyal guy for almost four years before I got my new phone.
I thought my Samsung was the best thing. Pictures were sharp. Lighting was great. And to be honest, I even struggled with switching to my Google Pixel for about one month because of how attached I was to it.
Then this evening, I picked up my Samsung and, out of nostalgia, turned on the front camera. I couldn't believe what I was seeing - in terms of quality. I could see myself but the quality was way less inferior than what I would get on my Pixel. I laughed and told my husband that I couldn't believe that there was a time when that phone seemed perfect to me.
It was in that moment that something somewhat of a revelation crossed my heart. If I took pictures on both phones today, I would look different. Not because I am different, but because the lenses are different. Now, if I took a picture on a phone better in camera than my Pixel, I would look different, sharper. Same woman, different lenses.
It hit me that the lenses through which we view our lives determine how we see ourselves. That's why if you think lowly of yourself, if you think you're not worth having good friends, if you think you don't deserve love or great opportunities, if you think others are always better than you. That's not who you are. Those are simply the lenses with which you are viewing yourself.
If the lenses are great, you see yourself better. Otherwise, you would have a blurry, distorted version of who you are.
So, what will you be doing to ensure that you're seeing yourself right? And that what you feel about yourself is not defined by whether it's an ailing Samsung phone, a bubbling Google Pixel or a trending iPhone 17?
How would you begin to see yourself beyond your age, your marital status, the labels placed on you, the mistakes you've made?
The problem may not be you. It may be the lens through which you're viewing yourself.
Does this resonate?
I am just waiting for the people that picked up their package to leave their reviews.
