At the commencement of the Nilotica Shea Festival 2026, different stakeholders including community members, leaders and partners participated in massive Shea tree planting. This is key in Shea restoration and conservation.

Leadership Lesson 9/50
Creating safe spaces for young people to find & express their voices is powerful. At @HatmaCreatives I’ve seen imagination grow when ideas are nurtured.
When young people find their voice, they don’t just speak. They transform spaces & the future.
Before we ever found our voices, mothers carried our stories. They held our fears gently, watered our dreams quietly and loved us long before the world knew our names. Their strength is soft, their sacrifice sacred, and their impact eternal.
Happy Mothers day

Teach people to read possibilities, not just words.
Reading isn’t just literacy. It’s vision. It empowers people to dream, think beyond limits, and shape their future.
When people read possibilities, they don’t just change their story, they change the world.
My MC Moment at Trellis Graduation & Exhibition

I am evolving and growing one event at a time
This Labour Day, I’m grateful to the poets who’ve shared their voices, and to Ambrose Watanda for bringing each episode to life.

Today, I’m thinking about the quiet strength behind every kind of work, esp at Poetic Insights Podcast.
As a host, I’ve learned that labour is not just what we do, but who we become. It’s the unseen hours, persistence & courage to keep showing up

2026 will be my 4th year participating in the #GCA. Looking down memory lane, I appreciate the opportunities I have had to engage as a spoken-word artist and trainer. Indeed, this is evidence that true empowerment starts early and scales through visibility, skills, and platforms
At the start of this week, we participated in the launch of the @GirlChampAwards 2026 through a press briefing at the @UgandaMediaCent.
We believe that creativity and early literacy are powerful foundations for raising confident, innovative girl leaders.

New in Kampala at St. Kizito P.S Nateete, one thing shaped me: reading. From a timid village girl, those daily story sessions built my confidence, sharpened my literacy & sparked my leadership journey.
Now at @HatmaCreatives, I carry it forward bcoz reading builds leaders
A few years ago, I suffered from what they said was a slipped disc in the lower back. I visited Dr. Beyeza Justus. He told me to walk often and jog sometimes. I was like, what sort of Doctor! Doesn't he know that its the back that supports walking. How can I walk with such pain!
