I’ve held Stackers since the mint was shared in the @ChainRiderz Discord.

I don’t usually mint projects I know little about. But it's hard not to sometimes.
This time I used a wallet I was comfortable losing... the team was unknown.

Five days later the picture looks different.
The infrastructure has kept moving:
engine upgrades,
staking live,
reforge,
additional assets,
the vault mechanics tightening.

There’s been fair noise about the team remaining undoxxed
and about Stackers being a Stonkbrokers rip-off.
Both projects bind assets to the NFT so the value travels with it on transfer.

Stonkbrokers does it through token-bound accounts

Stackers does it through dedicated vaults

The difference sits in the surrounding design:
activation, tiers, supply behaviour,
and the systems built around each.
Same high-level idea of productive NFTs.
Different execution. Different trade-offs.

It was @StackersXYZ that made look deeper at the mechanics behind both projects.

That led me down the rabbit hole.
From there I started listening to the spaces with @OxSimpleFarmer as a speaker. Notably the one hosted by @ChrisJourdan

What he has built around Stonkbrokers is genuinely interesting work for NFTs.
I admire the care and the long term view he is taking.

That admiration sits comfortably alongside holding Stackers for its own reasons:
activation is permanent to the token,
assets build inside it every hour,
and the shrinking NFT supply with the fuse mechanics.

It feels like a distinct iteration rather than a copy.

Tearing projects down contributes almost nothing.
There is space for clear-eyed criticism without the need to be derogatory.

The space advances when people keep examining existing rails
and the ones still unexplored,
then quietly push the projects they’re actually in to do better.
Only If the idea aligns with the project.

If that creates a wider ripple to others, even better.
