Of course Trump doesn’t “care about the midterms.”
He doesn’t have to worry about skyrocketing grocery prices due to his tariffs, higher gas prices from his war with Iran, or the rising cost of childcare.
He CAUSED these high prices and can’t be bothered to care.
Good. He’s a horrible person and, in my opinion, doing a horrible job as Vice President. From the controversial statements, to the extremism, to constantly fueling division instead of bringing people together, JD Vance has shown exactly why so many people are concerned about him potentially running for president.
Airports help get us where we need to go, they help deliver what we need and they are vital to keeping our local economies thriving. That’s why we’re grateful for the work that Senator Tammy Baldwin is doing to keep Wisconsin airports up to date.

Democrats are working to bridge the affordability gaps.
Most recently? We’re helping make phones, internet access and ways to stay connected more affordable.
This is the support we are working for every day.

Wisconsin’s Republican party refused to come to the table and fight to save the Knowles-Nelson program in any meaningful way.
Now, the beauty of Wisconsin hangs in the balance.

Former congressman George Santos, who was imprisoned for identity theft and wire fraud, is applying for Trump's $1.8 billion weaponization slush fund:
"I want to correct the record. I think it’s a great avenue to do so."
Republicans have controlled Congress for much of the last 30 years, yet they continue pushing this false narrative that elections are “rigged” anytime they don’t like the outcome. And somehow, while holding power, they are always trying to change voting rules, redraw maps, restrict access to the ballot box, and create doubt in the minds of the American people.
If elections were truly as “rigged” as they claim, then how have they continued winning governorships, Senate seats, House majorities, and even the presidency over the years?
The reality is this: instead of addressing real issues impacting everyday Americans like healthcare, wages, education, housing, and the cost of living, they would rather keep people distracted with fear, misinformation, and conspiracy theories.
It’s political gaslighting at its finest. Say something long enough and loud enough hoping people will believe it, even when the facts tell a completely different story.
Americans deserve leaders focused on solutions not manufactured outrage and constant attacks on democracy whenever elections don’t go their way.
it's wild that @WisGOP congressional members we're paying roughly one and half times for gas then what they would have paid in 2025 to go to their convention site—and they have voted numerous times to keep the gas-cost-raising war going!
So Trump wants to give $1.8 billion to the January 6th domestic extremists. Let that sink in for a moment.
People attacked the United States Capitol, assaulted law enforcement officers, attempted to disrupt the certification of a free and fair election, and now somehow we are talking about rewarding that behavior with taxpayer dollars?
What kind of message does that send to this country?
Meanwhile, everyday Americans are struggling with high grocery prices, healthcare costs, housing, and student debt but somehow billions are being discussed for people who participated in one of the darkest moments in modern American history.
Bad behavior should not be rewarded. Violence against democracy should not be normalized. And political loyalty should never come before accountability.
And why should hardworking American taxpayers have to pay for this? People are working every day trying to survive, pay bills, afford groceries, and keep a roof over their heads. Taxpayer dollars should be invested into helping families, improving schools, lowering healthcare costs, and strengthening communities not rewarding people who participated in an attack on our democracy.

I had the opportunity to speak today at the 6th Congressional District Convention, and I can honestly say the energy in the room was incredible. The 6th Congressional District is ready, energized, and excited to fire Glenn Grothman and send him packing back to the Town of Glenbeulah.
What was clear today is that people are ready for leadership that truly listens, leadership that fights for working families, protects our freedoms, invests in our communities, and actually represents the people instead of extreme politics.
I must say, everywhere I have traveled across Wisconsin, Democrats are excited and motivated. There is real momentum building all across this state to elect a Democratic Governor, win back the State Assembly, protect and expand our numbers in the State Senate, and continue organizing at every level.
People across Wisconsin know just how out of touch the Wisconsin Republican Party and gubernatorial candidate Tom Tiffany’s policies and platform are with what Wisconsinites actually want and need. Wisconsinites are tired of divisive politics, attacks on public education, attacks on reproductive freedom, and policies that continue to favor the wealthy while everyday working families struggle to make ends meet.
People want real leadership. They want affordable healthcare, strong public schools, economic opportunity, good paying jobs, safe communities, and leaders who will fight for all of Wisconsin not just special interests and political extremism.
And let me tell you this, the 6th Congressional District is excited too. People are ready to organize, mobilize, and do the work necessary to move Wisconsin forward. The energy is there. The passion is there. And now it’s time to turn that energy into action.
#ChiefJusticeRoberts is George Wallace with a Harvard law degree 😤‼️
I said what I said‼️
Far too many decisions coming from this Court continue to move this country backwards instead of forward. People are watching fundamental rights, voting rights, and protections get chipped away piece by piece while those in power act like it’s “constitutional.”
History will remember who stood silent in moments like these.
America cannot keep pretending that justice is truly blind when so many rulings disproportionately impact marginalized communities.
We deserve a judiciary that protects democracy not one that keeps dragging us back to the past
Apparently, being able to afford things is not a Republican priority.
From Trump to Toxic Tom Tiffany, Wisconsin needs to reject this Republican nonsense.
