Most BTC in DeFi today is not really BTC.

It’s wrapped, bridged, or sitting in someone else’s custody.

That means risk: hacks, exploits, and trust assumptions everywhere.

BUT, what if your Bitcoin could stay on Bitcoin and power DeFi?

🚨 Babylon Staking & Withdrawal Update 🚨

📢 Dear Community,
Here’s an important update on Babylon staking and withdrawals:

1️⃣ First Batch Unstaked: The first batch of funds has been unlocked and will be distributed in sequence once received. (Proof attached)

2️⃣ Staking Ongoing: Babylon staking continues, and reward points are pending. Based on feedback, over 75% of Chakra users remain staked, showing strong support for long-term growth.

3️⃣ User Concerns: We recognize some users have urgent needs. However, Babylon’s batch unbonding system means an early full withdrawal could impact long-term stakers. A balanced, effective solution takes time.

4️⃣ Team-Funded Early Unlock: To support urgent requests, we’ve fronted funds for early withdrawal—a tough but necessary choice for our tech-first team.

5️⃣ Clarification on "7-Day Withdrawal": This refers to Babylon’s native unbonding, not Chakra’s payout timeline. We apologize for any confusion and have addressed the issue internally.

As the first modular settlement layer, we’ll continue delivering cross-chain liquidity and supporting the Babylon ecosystem every step of the way. 🌐

We value your trust and remain committed to transparency, accountability, and long-term growth.

Thank you for your continued support! 🙏

Please note that users' funds have been staked on Babylon and grouped into several UTXOs. This means we cannot process individual withdrawal requests one by one. [Chakra @ChakraChain]

@cuanxli All withdrawal requests will be processed collectively after the application window closes. We will unbond the corresponding staked amount on Babylon, and once the 7-day unbonding period is complete, refunds will be processed immediately.
