Strange how a brand under the umbrella of Tata can have uncontactable numbers on their website. Tried calling on 4 numbers all of which got disconnected after playing the Covid mssg! The whatsapp number is itself not on whatsapp!

No refund received from #airasia or #MakeMyTrip for flight that was cancelled by airlines. PNR K7RLHX. #MoCA... Booking was allowed. Later airlines had to cancel the flight as landing was disallowed in Kol airport.
