• Build your political party that will advocate for your political interests. This is important.

• Don't allow women to lead you. They will mislead you further. Ignore noisy politicians. They are barking on behalf of your competitors who want you to fail.

• Fight alcoholism and drug abuse. This is a menace.

• Close all vernacular stations that promote gambling, pornography and petty gossip.

• Shun all those churches that emasculate men, allow divisive politics on the pulpit, and collect bribes from politicians.

• The same politicians who were campaigning promising a shilling in every person's pocket are now telling you that putting a shilling in someone's pocket is tribalism.

• Every tribe has a dream. You are not an exception. We were all born in a tribe. Nobody wrote a letter to God to put them in a tribe.

• Dreams from tribes are what make a nation. There is nothing wrong with being tribal. Every tribe has its values, beliefs, doctrines, and culture. You are not different.

• Nobody should gaslight you as a region. This is about your dreams, future, and legacy. It will get worse if you continue fighting amongst yourselves like fools.

• Mt. Kenya is deteriorating. Agriculture is dying. Businesses are closing. Men are dying. There are so many single mothers. Diabetes, cancer, and hypertension are clawing the people.

• Stand with Gachagua. Bring Uhuru back into political leadership. This is a matter of political unity. Your region is disintegrating as you fight like fools.

During the press conference to announce NOKIA being acquired by Microsoft, Nokia CEO ended his speech saying this “we didn’t do anything wrong, but somehow, we lost”.

Upon saying that, all his management team, himself included, teared sadly.

Nokia has been a respectable company. They didn’t do anything wrong in their business, however, the world changed too fast. Their opponents were too powerful.

They missed out on learning, they missed out on changing, and thus they lost the opportunity at hand to make it big.

Not only did they miss the opportunity to earn big money, they lost their chance of survival.

The message of this story is, if you don’t change, you shall be removed from the competition.

It’s not wrong if you don’t want to learn new things. However, if your thoughts and mindset cannot catch up with time, you will be eliminated.

Conclusion:

1. The advantage you have yesterday, will be replaced by the trends of tomorrow.

2. You don’t have to do anything wrong, as long as your competitors catch the wave and do it RIGHT, you can lose out and fail.

3. To change and improve yourself is giving yourself a second chance.

4. To be forced by others to change, is like being discarded.

5. Those who refuse to learn & improve, will definitely one day become redundant & not relevant to the industry.

They will learn the lesson in a hard & expensive way
