#HWETop10: Last year, we dived into the world of podcasts, creating a new series called Hidden Voices, where we capture people's stories from every area of health and social care.
The podcast has been a great success so far, and you can listen to it here: https://t.co/wBX08u0qyJ

If everyone who has ever been grateful for a doctor followed and retweeted we would reach a million in minutes and be able to show all NHS staff the support they continue to need.
It will take just a few seconds of your life but could make such a difference.
We will never forget the 1,500 health and care staff who lost their lives in the fight against Covid.

I feel incredibly privileged and proud to have worked on this study. Covid was so scary at the beginning and all the participants were so grateful to be given hope. This study also brought our team together like nothing Iโve ever experienced in my career ๐
My daughters portrait of me for her leaving cert last year. She won't share it so I will ! What a talent . Twitter give this one a RT if you see what I see
Excellent session with the Cardiac rehab team at Witham โฆ@MSEHospitalsโฉ. They put the cardiac patients and me through our paces in a fab workout session. Truly inspired by our patients who have all either had cardiac surgery or a heart attack prior to this๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
If you have a key worker in your family, check on them. Make them a coffee when they come home. Allow them to sit, chat or sit and be quiet. Hold them in your heart, they are doing an awesome job but they are mentally and physically exhausted, but they still love you. Videos 3-6
There are three more parts to Jo's story out now, in which she discusses her experience of intensive care, her fears for mental health services, and feeling guilty for living.
