@JipRipped @Elling_Caleb @SECUnfiltered@WSJSports THIS! The alumni & NIL opportunities are what makes the B1G the strongest college football conference.
@23mk77@CJVogel_OTF Most backups are drafted.
Drafting Quinn is fine, but you would want to do it later in the draft and you would want to have a solid starting QB and possibly even a dependable backup QB that would allow you to keep QE on the practice squad for a year or two.
@nitrobrotv2@CJVogel_OTF He’s not as big or athletic as Sam Darnold, but that’s fine. He will make a lot of money playing, or standing at the ready to play, in the NFL.
He will be fine, don’t worry about him.
@jc_ammons@76stacc@Doc_Texas Trey may have to grad transfer in order to become QB1.
He could be great, but QB1 is Arch’s moniker until he chooses to move on after the 2025, ‘26, or ‘27 season.
@HolyCow52943968@Doc_Texas Well, the OL will have 4 to 5 new starters next year, so there will be losses.
Making the 12 team playoff would be quite an achievement.
@TaNeishaBarton @Doc_Texas A first year starting QB behind a brand new OL would be something!
He’s staying at least 2 more years no matter what. Maybe 3.
@ynkhe @TheGothamSRP @on3 He had an outstanding pro day last year when he threw for the Texas WRs going in the draft.
He missed one throw. Period.
I’m going to say that the season is more important than the pro day.
