@bsnl_care I am trying to get sim suspension since the device got lost but from last 1 hour I am unable to even find right service number. I reached out to 1800....1503 and was informed I can only block this sim by calling bihar bsnl. Now I don't know how to do that
@Swiggy my order was cancelled after almost 1 hour showing me status that restaurant is preparing order etc . This is really bad customer experience and simple sorry won’t cut. Whole idea of paying subscription/ service fee etc is some responsibility for this kind of behaviour
@thirdwaveindia I tried to take away coffee from one of your outlets in Bengaluru and I am surprised at temperature it’s been served to us, it’s almost impossible to carry cup even with holder as it’s so hot, forget sipping it while walking casually.
@TheOfficialSBI so I have been nre/nro customer for last 7 years, first time I come for using some services in your bank and I am experiencing exactly what SBI is trolled for, this is 2 storey bank and there is only counter to process cheque and staff is out for lunch
I was able to connect to restaurant and they said it’s Deliveroo that process refunds not them and they tried to deliver but they couldn’t, apparently theycall me multiple times that mysteriously doesn’t appear in my call record, so who will process refund restaurant or Delivero
@Deliveroo I have been waiting for my order over an hour . I tried contacting restaurant 4/5 times and they are not reachable / busy,agents don’t reply properly and this is when I am subscription holder ordering 2 orders a day.What a pathetic service, at least confirm my refund
@DeliverooHelp@Deliveroo Yeah I talked with your agents and they have standard replies like restaurant was responsible for delivery but I paid you so I am sure dozen consumer laws in UK which makes your atleast reliable to me if not sense of customer service

@SingaporeAir Singapore Airlines I was trying to make change to my booking but while paying for rescheduling charges I got technical error[urgent],my old booking also disappeared from account, I called hotline on international roaming and has been on hold 15mins+.Please help
