Congratulations to the Rajasthan government for taking a decisive step in preventing child marriage. By mandating printing presses to verify the age of the bride and groom before printing wedding invitations, another layer of accountability has been added to stop this crime.

Last year, following @JustRightsIndia petition, the Rajasthan High Court fixed the responsibility of State Govt, Panch and Sarpanch to prevent child marriages in their villages.

Child marriage is child rape. Anyone enabling it will be held accountable—parents, guests, neighbours, priests, caterers, decorators, invitation printers, and band organisers.

Artificial Intelligence-generated child sexual exploitative and abuse material is one of the most heinous, pervasive, and insidious crimes confronting humanity. This borderless crime demands an urgent, adaptive, and continuously evolving global response.

To combat this, an International Database of Sex Offenders, alongside a legally binding international instrument on #CSEAM, must be established to harmonise laws, enhance intelligence sharing, and ensure swift prosecution across jurisdictions.
