It's not that We have propogated WLB for the first time. It's in OSR and our COD. Our bank, too, had been for it as mentioned in our magazine. It's another lesson for boot lickers. Give your best to the bank with WLB. Our Federation has ensured it, when others can't think of it.

It's a matter of great satisfaction that Bank of India could post an increase in operating profits of 34.1% whereas the peers saw huge decline in their operating profits. The reduction of our market share is worrisome.

I presume that this letter is genuine. If so the Top Management of PNB deserves full compliments for their forth sightedness. The late sitters and those who work on Sundays/Holidays are potential threat to the system and operating profit.
