Hv filed ITR 2 of my mom 78yo refund due Rs. 141810. Return not processed till date, can't get any info on CPC on phone. Is this what a super senior citizen can expect to be treated?

Please put up a signal and open up right turn to Harlur Road. The condition of the road is terrible adding to woes. Also, fix the alternate routes from ORR to enable vehicles going beyond Fire station
