Hey @App_Valley_vip I am trying to upload an IPA file to AppValley companion but in the process, the app crashes every time.
OS - iOS 13.4
Note - File size is 2 GB.

Hi @BelongAU, I have a complain, your support team made the worst experience for me with your WiFi service. It’s been 15 days and my broadband service is not started, though I live in Melbourne city. And your SLA says 23 days which wasn’t informed to me before

It’s been three weeks for me too. I was told I would get an appointment by this Tuesday, worst case by Wednesday. Nothing yet.

@BelongAU I have had no problems waiting if I knew your timelines before hand. But now I feel like we are cheated before even starting the service.

@BelongAU Just to be clear. I was never told that it takes 23 days to get activated. I was told it would take 5 days, which would mean immediately after I receive the modem to my house. Later when I enquired I was told about all this 23 days thing.

@BelongAU I am sorry but practically no one can wait for one month for getting internet connection unless they live in a village. This is bad.
