@TiffanyAndCo second diamond has fell out of my wedding ring weeks after collecting it from being fixed that I had to pay for!!! I had this ring less than a year! Can’t believe how bad the quality is and customer service!!! No wonder their trustpilot score is 1.7!!!

@TiffanyAndCo The most disappointing and disgusting customer service. I have worn my wedding ring for 10months and a diamond fell out! I have been told I have to pay £295 to have it fixed. We brought our rings from Tiffany expecting high quality long lasting not at all!

@vinted absolutely awful service! Sent a perfect item the buyer then lied said it was faulty Vinted then said I had to accept a return. collected the item and it’s not faulty I messaged the details to your support to prove the buyer lied and you’ve gave them their money back!

@ZARA returned items back and only received money back for some of the items not all of them.

@RW_Birmingham so annoying our pantos just been cancelled on Christmas Eve which we had nearly front row seats and now been offered other shows but nowhere near as good seats! So disappointed

@LEGO_Group just received a delivery from yourselves and the package is damaged. What I’m annoyed about is the state of the package because it was obviously damaged before you sent it as it’s been sellotaped! I have tried on your website to contact you but this is not working!
