Our BoxSmart 'On the Ropes' programme delivered with the dedicated team at @ChangingL1ves is an amazing way for young people to get moving, make friends and find a support network that makes them feel heard.

Asylum seekers have been helped to found a football team, making them "part of a community".

I am delighted to announce the opening of the ‘First FREE Gym in the UK’ supporting low income, young carers and refugees and asylum seekers.

We will also be supporting the wider community by offering the gym at £8.99.

All members will have access to a specialist PT trainer, nutritionist and much more!

I believe there should be no price on our health and wellbeing. Ensuring that ‘Fitness is for ALL’
