Selama ini hukum formal dan nilai/norma lama terbukti gagal ngasih rasa keadilan, pada akhirnya orang ya akan bikin norma baru yang lebih retributif dan "adil"

Sebagai reminder, yang paling berbahaya adalah negara/penguasa akan selalu mencegah konflik ini berkembang jadi konflik vertikal. Caranya? Ya dengan merawat konfliknya tetap jadi konflik horizontal sesama warga

Kalau liat sejarah negara modern 500 tahun terakhir; reformasi sering gagal karena musuhnya dipilihin negara, revolusi/perubahan baru akan terjadi ketika pada akhirnya warga sadar dan milih musuhnya sendiri

Yang jelas, publik sepak bola Indonesia akan sulit sekali melupakan nama dan wajah wasit ini: Francois Letexier dari Prancis. Tadi, wasit ini juga yg memimpin Mesir vs Argentina dgn kontroversial.

Letexier tampil dgn buruk, tidak kompeten, dan melakukan kesalahan2 fatal dlm playoff Olimpiade 2024 antara Indonesia vs Guinea di Clairefontaine, Prancis, 9 Mei 2024.

✅Letexier menganggap Witan Sulaeman melanggar pemain Guinea Algassime Bah. Padahal dlm tayangan ulang, Bah dilanggar di luar kotak penalti. Guinea mengonversi hadiah penalti itu menjadi gol.

✅Letexier menganggap bek Indonesia Alfreanda Dewangga melakukan pelanggaran di kotak penalti kpd Bah. Padahal Dewangga terlihat lebih dulu menyentuh bola. Teklingnya bersih. Guinea dapat penalti kedua, tapi gagal mencetak gol.
