@DVLAgovuk This department is a disgrace. High demand on calls!!! Absolute rubbish. You're telling me you can't have any way to contact a human being in the DVLA. Would be ok if your online service worked but even that is shocking. Sort it out - fast!

@DVLAgovuk Really!! I've put all correct details in on web form, says 'can't proceed online', I've tried calling, just says goodbye after a lengthy message, and webchat cuts you off after half an hour of waiting for a human advisor. Disgraceful service.

@MartinSLewis should #virginmedia pay customers for their shocking broadband sevice which went down recently? We lost 3 and a half days and husband works from home. They told us to call after they could help via twitter and then it was an automated response #shockingservice
