With the scaffolding down, the wonderful sight of our new organ greeted the choir last night, as we sang Evensong combined with the choir of Westminster School. It won’t be fully heard until Easter, but we’re thrilled how beautifully it fits into the architecture of the chapel.
Here’s a track to mark Ash Wednesday, William Byrd’s beautiful ‘Ne irascaris, Domine’, recorded by the choir two years ago, and also featuring on the music list this coming Sunday. https://t.co/y2PogfXk4I
