Pan Afrikan Restaurant is one of my favourite food places in Harare.
It is owned by academic Prof. Ibbo Mandaza, which attracts Harare’s middle class, professional, diplomatic and intellectual communities.
It is reopening on Afrika Day after a beautiful makeover that includes murals of Hugh Masekela, Oliver Mtukudzi, Thomas Mapfumo, and other luminaries.
The food is delicious, ranging from Nigerian Jollof rice to Zimbabwean Sadza nezviyo and Mbunga.
If you are in Harare on Saturday, here is an opportunity for you to enjoy authentic Afrikan food surrounded by great people, including African diplomats, as they celebrate Afrika Day.
Visit them at 4 Deary Avenue, off Mazowe Road, opposite the Parirenyatwa gate! Support local businesses!
Congratulations to Prof. Mandaza and his team for the relaunch of this wonderful place.
Help them get visibility with just a RETWEET, it won’t cost you a penny promoting another Zimbabwean.
@dabskays Poor people always give birth to many children, they believe children will take care of them later without providing them with a good start to life
