Another scenario that happened, I have freinds in Rwanda. so my friend the lady had married a Ugandan rwandese man. They had two daughters, and the man escaped Rwanda through a porous boarder and came to Uganda with his two daughters, without informing the wife because they had separated. And the man had some other cases in Rwanda.
So the woman went to report the case at police in Rwanda. The Rwanda police followed it up and their Interpol contacted the Interpol in Uganda, because they knew he might be in Uganda.
So the lady with her relatives contacted me to help them, we moved around with Interpol, tracking the man, but every step, the police from Interpol asked money. Simanyi fuel to go look for him, airtime to call, And it was all corruption, as if the government doesn't pay them.
To cut the story short, we got the man, but the money we used paying the police who would help us was around 2millions ugshs. When money wasn't there, that lady at Interpol who was a mukiga wouldn't move an inch.
Whereas Rwanda police wasn't charging anything, actually they would call me asking how far. And at last we picked the 2girls from Interpol with the Rwanda embassy in Uganda, we went to the embassy, they fueled my car to take the girls up to the boarder, we found there Rwanda police with a car waiting for us. Everything doing it free. We Handed over the girls, they took them up to Kigali, and we drove back to kampala.
What exactly went wrong with Uganda as far as corruption is concerned. Can't you work on citizens without asking anything in return?

Stop fooling yourself! The #Tshisekedi regime signed the Washington Accords and committed to neutralizing the FDLR. If, as you claim, the FDLR does not exist, then what exactly did Kinshasa commit to neutralizing?
Why is @FloribertAnzu touring different countries presenting DRC–FDLR-signed protocols? What purpose do these documents serve if it doesn't exist?

@FGoloobaMutebi Unless someone a criminal or problematic..or come from a country where police merely harass anyone for just passing.
Why would they feel insecure seeing RNP?

EXCLUSIVE | Rwanda's Minister of Sport Nelly Mukazayire has hailed the 10-year Formula 1 agreement as a major milestone not only for Rwanda but for the African continent. The deal will see the country host the African Grand Prix in the early 2030s at a new circuit in Bugesera, near Kigali.
We will bring South Africa into the mix while we celebrate Rwanda. People must understand that we elect poor leaders bringing South Africa down. We cant keep on protecting useless leaders! We must learn from Rwanda government as small as they are but they are a powerhouse now!
