#UNCLOGHinjawadiITPark आयटी पार्क कर्मचाऱ्यांची स्वाक्षरी मोहीम ट्रेंड करत आहे. (२८ जुन संध्याकाळी ७ वाजेपर्यंत अवघ्या ७ दिवसांमध्ये २३०००+ ऑनलाईन सह्या)

आम्ही, हिंजवडी आयटी कम वॉटर पार्क मधील आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी, हिंजवडी-भोर मतदारसंघाचे आमदार श्री. शंकरजी मांडेकर यांची हिंजवडी गावाशेजारील चांदे येथील त्यांच्या कार्यालयात भेट घेतली. ऑनलाइन प्रकाशित केलेल्या याचिकेवर ६ दिवसांत २३,००० हून अधिक स्वाक्षऱ्यांचा अर्ज सादर करण्यासाठी आम्ही त्यांची भेट घेतली.

आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी, पुढील चर्चा आणि निराकरणासाठी https://t.co/zEHbF5BCXd वर पोस्ट केलेल्या ऑनलाइन याचिकेची हार्ड कॉपी सादर केली. त्यावर,

१. आमदार मांडेकर यांनी जून २०२५ च्या पहिल्या-दुसऱ्या आठवड्यात झालेल्या मुसळधार पावसामुळे रस्त्यांवर पाणी साचल्यानंतर त्यांनी तात्काळ केलेल्या कामांची आणि तयारीची माहिती दिली.
२. प्रस्तावित रस्ते ज्या जमीन मालकांमुळे अडकले आहेत, त्यांच्याशी जमीन अधिग्रहणासंदर्भात चर्चा केल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
३. त्यांनी पुढे आश्वासन दिले की, आयटी पार्कच्या प्रशासकीय संस्थांशी झालेल्या चर्चेनुसार, अंतर्गत रस्त्यांच्या दुरुस्तीचे सर्व काम शक्य तितक्या लवकर पूर्ण केले जाईल.
४. आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी रस्त्यांच्या कामासाठी वेळेची मर्यादा घालून देण्याचा आग्रह धरला. आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी या दुरुस्ती कामासाठी ३०-६० दिवसांची अंतिम मुदत दिली. असे न झाल्यास, आयटी कर्मचारी ऑनलाइन याचिका पुढील टप्प्यात नेतील.
५. या संदर्भात, आयटी पार्कच्या मागील गंभीर परिस्थितीमुळे, आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी एकत्रितपणे त्यांना आयटी पार्कचे महानगरपालिकेत (PCMC) विलीनीकरण करण्याच्या मागणीवर कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या बाजूने ठाम राहण्याबद्दल विचारले. तथापि, कोणतीही शंका न बाळगता त्यांनी ही विनंती नाकारली आणि रस्त्यांच्या पायाभूत सुविधांवर काम करण्याचे आणि प्रलंबित विकास आराखड्या (DP) रस्त्यांसाठी भूसंपादन पुढे नेण्याचे, तसेच त्यासाठी अर्थसंकल्प आणि मंजुरी मिळवण्याचे आश्वासन दिले.

7. कोणताही फलदायी दृष्टीकोन किंवा परिणाम न मिळाल्याने, आयटी कर्मचारी समाधानी नव्हते. आयटी पार्कच्या भविष्याबद्दल कोणतीही ठोस हमी किंवा दूरदृष्टी न घेता आम्ही तिथून निघालो व सकारात्मक वातावरण न मिळाल्यामुळे, आयटी कर्मचारी निराश होते.

@shankarmandekar आयटी पार्क कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या रोजच्या दिनचर्याचा भाग आणि तेथील प्रवासाचा त्रास गेल्या वीस वर्षांपासून सुरू आहे. या समस्यां निराकरणासरठी कोणीच वाली नसल्यामुळे ही मिटिंग आम्ही आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांनी आमदारांसोबत बोलावली होती, आमदार साहेबांनी पूरपरिस्थिती निर्माण झाल्यानंतर कामांच्या तयारीची संपूर्ण माहिती आम्हाला वेळ देऊन पुरविली.
अपेक्षा हीच असेल की आता २० वर्षाणीतरी आम्हा आयटी कर्मचाऱ्यांना या रोजचा प्रवासाच्या जाचातून मुक्त करा ,ही विनंती.

The thousands of IT workers who reside in the opulent towers nearby are without power, water, waste management, traffic control, security or other essential infrastructure since the elected officials have failed to give it.

Home to more than 5 Lakh IT employees, the Hinjewadi IT park area is one of the country's largest IT hubs. Yet the residents marinate in dismay as much of their basic needs like water, traffic regulation, waste management, etc. go unnoticed and unattended to by the corporations.

There are three phases to the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, which consists of 150-200 IT companies, the majority of which are global enterprises. Real estate in the area around the IT Park increased, and in the neighbouring villages of Hinjawadi, Mahalunge, Maan, Marunji, Punawale and Wakad, a number of aristocratic societies and towers appeared.

The employees of the IT park come under the category of highest tax-paying individuals and yet, have to struggle for bare minimum infrastructure in their area.

The techies typically reside in areas and villages which fall under the Baramati constituency. Essentially the administration has the following divisions:

Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC)

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC)

Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC)

Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA)

Gram-Panchayat

As of yet, all the elected corporators have neglected the residents’ needs and demands and have failed to build the most fundamental infrastructure required to sustain liveable conditions in a place.

Many IT employees voiced their concerns — Pavanjit Mane talked about how even in sky high towers, there is no water that the corporation provides; they have to entirely depend on tankers and purchase water at expensive rates. The locals say that the pavements are obstructed by unauthorised street vendors and apart from those, there is a pressing lack of pavements....
