A couple weeks ago, I was told in a council meeting I shouldn’t be questioning those who are on the General Services Committee who were making financial decisions about your tax money. I was, “questioning their integrity.”

Now we find out Surluta Anthony is the Vice Chair on a board where for the second year, she voted to give $30,000. This is not merely an organization she volunteers at or believes in. Sitting on the board of directors for any organization, what you often talk about is FUNDRAISING. That’s why this is serious.

This makes me wonder how much of her discretionary funds she’s sent that same organization.

My fellow citizens. QUESTION EVERY POLITICIAN. We work for you.

When you are told you can’t question a person who is supposed to serve you, you should question them more.

This is honestly one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. In the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, the government was nowhere to be found. Roy Cooper was nowhere to be found. The Red Cross was nowhere to be found.
But you know who was? The Amish. Samaritan's Purse. The Cajun Navy. The Baptist Men's Association, and many more.
This is a blatant anti-Christian smear campaign by @60Minutes and they should be ashamed and retract this story immediately. I wish they had named names so they could be sued into oblivion.
