To be in good health think it, dream it and then act. It takes effort. If you want to be fit the only route there is not through fads, but hard work, #exercise. Think of the best possible outcome for yourself and do your best to get there.
So much emphasis is placed on exercise by most people, that they forget the importance of rest. So, I will draw your attention to it now: Your body builds itself up when you rest. So hence forth, be sure to get plenty of sleep.
I want you to think of your body as a vehicle. Think of it as a tool which will shape your reality. Thoughts direct your body - so first of all THINK HEALTH!

To everyone that lives in the USA enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend. Be safe. Remember the meaning of Memorial Day and think of our fallen soldiers. We thank the families of the fallen soldiers who sacrificed so much. To everyone outside the US think of your own armed services.
Have you ever run or walked on the #beach? Many Atlas Students have. It is a challenge not to be taken lightly. It stimulates the leg muscles. Try it. You will be happy you did. Remember to take moments to look out into the ocean and breathe.
Sometimes we need to sit with ourselves and be silent. With all the noise around us it helps us feel grounded and when we arise, we will feel better, stronger and ready to take on whatever challenge lies ahead.
