@Starbucks - Is it time to install self-service ordering kiosks? I just walked into a Starbucks and there were 7 employees who were super busy taking care of mobile orders and the drive through. I waited 5 minutes before my order was taken (4 people in line).
I tried to call Optum Rx (UnitedHealthcare) to discuss a denial decision for a medication I prescribed with a medical director, and wasted 8 minutes. I called 1-800-310-6826 and was told to call 1-800-955-7615. #Unitedhealthcare#optumrx#runaround#UHC
