Stay tuned. We WILL #SaveLucy.
This must NEVER happen again. Not in America.

Sharing @music29933's song about Lucy again because I love it. I can't stop listening to it. Each time you see me sitting in an interview, I have the tune and words of this song in my head. I'm so driven - not eating, not sleeping, just pure focus and drive. This song is fueling my drive.
Holy moly. Not only is my entire feed posts about Lucy, but I just checked the Lucy token that the crypto guys set up as a way to raise money for Lucy's legal fees and it has raised six thousand dollars in fees, all donated to the legal fight to #SaveLucy.
This is on top of nearly tripling the goal for the GiveSendGo campaign.
And many of you have bought products from my wife's business to help us at this time as well.
We have more than blown past the amount I thought we'd need.
When Lucy's story is written, I will say that her life was bookended by miracles: one to save her from the Islamic State, the other, to save her from the heavy hand of our own state.
"Oft hope is born when all is forlorn." - JRR Tolkien (through Legolas)
When this began, I posted Lucy's story to Facebook and shared our petition on X. I was a lone voice crying out into the wind. Nobody heard me. I felt like I was up against a stacked deck.
Now, the prayers of millions are filling my sails.
I can't believe that this is where we are. I keep half expecting to wake up and realize it was all a dream.
God bless you all.
That said, Lucy remains in a cell. This is not the end of the fight.
Jesse Watters show tonight, guest hosted by Tomi Lahren.
What a way to go into this Memorial Day weekend.

This is an example of the type of bullying my @Herb_Minstrel and I have put up with for years from these neighbors - people digging up our personal records and posting them publicly with no context.
To the neighbor who posted this: I have a clean criminal record. I have had a top secret security clearance for decades. I speak three languages. I deployed ten times. I am not the uneducated hillbilly that you are trying so hard to portray me to be.
Those dangerous dog charges that you see were dog at large charges that were retroactively labeled dangerous dog in the system following the incident with the jogger in early 2025.
My dog has had precisely one incident biting a person in 11 years of life and it happened when she was groggy, drugged, wearing a boot on her leg, and a cone on her head just days after surgery to remove a mass on her leg. The jogger reached inside the cone and Lucy reacted defensively. She yelped, thinking she was being attacked, and nipped. She did not latch. She did not lunge.
Failure to restrain a child? My daughter unbuckled right after a police officer pulled me over to question me about an out of date state vehicle inspection. Terrible, I know. For what it's worth, my truck had been inspected, but the shop had forgotten to update the sticker. He still cited me for my child's buckle being disconnected.
One assault charge. My wife and I were arguing about youth baseball of all things. She unfortunately called the police to mediate. It was heated, but not a violent. When the police get called, however, someone gets charged. My wife stood with me in court to fight the charge and it was promptly dismissed. We have a strong marriage, as anyone who follows either of our accounts can see.
My wife drives a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country. I drive a 2006 Ford F-150. My other vehicle, a 2015 Hyundai, was a commuter car for when I had to commute an hour to work every day and couldn't afford the gas to do so in my pickup. I would love nicer vehicles.
Your bullying days are over. I wish you nothing but the best, but you do not get to push my wife and me around anymore. We will fight back. We have the means to do so now and the fight is in us now.
To think - what is your goal in posting this? All I'm doing is fighting for the life of my elderly dog who I have had for a decade. You are fighting to see me in jail and my dog killed. I will fight you in the court of public opinion any day of the week.
For the time being, all I have for you is grace.
Sorry to post something like this folks, but this is the type of person we have been dealing with for two years.
I've been getting a lot of attention lately because of the story of Lucy's rescue from the war-torn deserts of the Middle East ten years ago and my current fight to #SaveLucy from the heavy hand of government today. People have been extremely gracious to me. @seanhannity even called me a hero. I'm overwhelmed by that, but I've never thought of myself as one.
There are hundreds of thousands of people working largely behind the scenes - doing things that will never make the news - to keep us all safe. We owe them our lives and our gratitude. You are heroes, though nobody may ever know your names.
The real hero of my story is my wife.
Dolly, (X handle: @Herb_Minstrel), nothing I ever accomplished in my life could have been done without you. Thank you.
I love you.
Can a family live on one income today?
Yes, but not today’s lifestyle on yesterday’s budget.
Here’s what it actually looks like:
• 1,000 sq ft home, not 2,500
• One used car
• One family phone — no smartphones for kids
• One TV, no subscriptions
• No microwave, no central A/C
• Home-cooked meals, no dining out
• No childcare, 1 parent stays home
• Public schools only
• Local sports, not travel leagues
• Basic health insurance: pay dental & extras out of pocket
• Simple clothes, thrift store toys
• Rare vacations, little debt
That’s how most families lived for decades and they raised kids, built communities, and made it work.
The issue isn’t that you can’t raise a family on one income.
The issue is that we’ve inflated “middle class” to mean upper middle luxuries: two cars, two iPhones, dining out, Amazon Prime, orthodontics, soccer trips, Disneyland, and a home office with Wi-Fi.
In 1960, one income worked because expectations were lower, families were more self-reliant, and debt wasn’t a lifestyle.
You want one income? You can do it.
But you have to live like the people who actually did it.
Not poorer, just simpler and more deliberate.
The people of the past didn’t have a choice, but you do.
This is exactly right. Our society used to understand shame as well as virtue. It now seems that they’ve been replaced by hate and moral decay. Where don we go from here?
The WHCA alleged shooter wasn’t some nut job lurking on the fringes of society, forgotten by the system.
He was well-educated, credentialed, employed, and institutionally formed. That’s what makes this so disturbing.
At first glance, this doesn’t look like a breakdown of the system, it looks more like a product of it.
Academia, media, and politics helped build the moral permission structure.
Let that sink in.
@ericswalwell She was here illegally and had an order of removal. This is how ICE has always worked. Quit pretending this is something new, it happened under Obama and Biden to, you just didn’t have a reason to care then.
@AnnieForTruth No, he is the 1st to shes light on the corruption and take it head on. Every other candidate was too afraid, weak or beholden to do what needed to be done.✅
@ImBreckWorsham 1st amendment protects speech and peaceful assemblies. Not attacking places of worship, obstructing law enforcement, stopping the free flow of movement by other citizens. The 2nd amendment doesnt allow you to obstruct, disobey and resist law enforcement.
@AdameMedia Wrong. Any Concealed Carry person should know better that agitating law enforcement, disobeying a lawful order and resisting arrest. All 3 are felonies in the commission of carrying a weapon. If you want to carry, be smart, follow the rules, respect the law
@isaiahrmartin Be like Kyle. He was there to protect property not interfere in police activities. When He ran for protection and encountered police he had his hands up. Be like Kyle.
@AnnieForTruth They are there. The difference is the cities and state work WITH them to uphold the LAW. So there is no drama, riots, or violence and it takes far fewer agents. And thats boring so there’s no news coverage of it.
