Never too early for zero-G training. My grandson in 2019 and my granddaughter with pops in 2022. I may wait a bit to introduce #knowledgemanagement#km concepts a little later, but they are actively practicing #lessonslearned now. #JPL#NASA
My other alter-ego... is heading to Iceland for the fifth time in my life. Looking forward to seeing my long time friends in #EVEOnline at #EVEFanfest. Maybe I'll hike to the volcano!
To read more about this, I co-authored an official NASA Lesson Learned document on this very topic. See my profile pic was from this investigation. It is published at this link: https://t.co/Nxq1L8psKG
The Martian surface can be rocky, sharp, and unforgiving – so after nearly 10 years, my wheels have taken a beating. The good news is that this is not impacting my mission.

Congratulations to my fellow coworkers for bringing a Kitty Hawk moment on Mars. May the #knowledge we gain open new vistas to interplanetary atmospheric flight.
When I was working on the Mars Pathfinder mission we had no idea it would produce the larger rovers for us like Curiosity and Perseverance. I can only assume my coworkers on Ingenuity are as justly focused on the mission at hand and not what may come decades later. Go fly!
Get out tonight at dusk and see Saturn and Jupiter in conjunction!! In the late 80's this was me working at Mt. Palomar on the 18-inch telescope that is now featured in the visitor center. Proud to be a part of last open sky dome astronomers at Palomar.
