South Sudan is home to one of the planet's greatest wildlife spectacles ; the Great Nile Migration.

Across the vast Boma-Badingilo Migratory Landscape, more than 6 million migratory antelopes, including white-eared kob, tiang, and Mongalla gazelle, move across endless savanna, wetlands, and floodplains in a breathtaking natural phenomenon. Beyond the migrating herds, millions of other animals thrive throughout this extraordinary ecosystem, creating one of Africa's richest and most intact wildlife landscapes.

To put its scale into perspective, the Great Nile Migration is estimated to be several times larger than the famous Serengeti migration, making it the largest remaining land mammal migrations on Earth.
