2:16pm: Plane that we “missed” still has not taken off, and the poor woman in front of us was blamed for the delay, saying that scanning her boarding pass too late was a security issue. She’s visibly upset (Why not let her on the plane that she was scheduled to be on???)

a woman was treated very rudely in front of us by one of the gate attendants, who were nowhere to be found when we arrived. She was distraught and just trying to make her flight. At least 6 people missed the flight to CDMX but there were other connecting flights affected.
