@lionofjustice0 This method is not possible in superior court, you can never get a date in the same month, you might be lucky to get a date the next month sef so it's not possible.
It only works for SCC and Magistrate courts.

@lionofjustice0 According to SCC rules, each proceedings has to be like 1 week apart (not sure about the exact timeframe but like 2 months ago, I had a matter at small claims and I tried to pick a date like 2 weeks after the current date and I was not allowed). Thus, why it's very fast
