We will never truly be able to contextualize the existence of this universe from a non-human perspective. How does one view through the lens of the universe? are we a hindrance to it? or is our sole purpose to spectate the wonder of creation?
@DavidM_Tweets_ I feel that questioning the role humans play is important in the pursuit of unadulterated truth. The lenses do need to be challenged regardless of if we know how to tackle them yet.
@DavidM_Tweets_ I in no way disagree with you, David. I just want to question if my belief in humanity's goodness stems from being human myself. Are we the good guys of the cosmos?
@DavidM_Tweets_ I was just looking at the moon today and figured that the beauty of it would remain whether I was there to perceive it or not. What does our analysis of nature, regardless of the destruction of it, provide?
@DavidM_Tweets_ I agree with you in every respect but that is because you and I are human, and are we not the ones along for the galactic ride? Establishing ourselves at the center of the universe’s meaning is contradicting the absolute and unbiased truths of existence
@DavidM_Tweets_ This brings me back to the original tweet. We view the world from what humanity does and does not provide. Which makes it impossible to determine if the inclusion of humanity is one that harvests the peace of nature for the furthering of its species.
@DavidM_Tweets_ Looking at the impact of intelligent life on our planet makes me feel the opposite. How can we claim to be significant in the dissecting of universal complexities when we’ve used every opportunity to tarnish the world we were evolved into.
