@ED_ingwall @theSNP I am an ALBA member, but, on Alec Salmond's advice, I voted SNP simply because there is no ALBA candidate in my area. I will only vote for truly Scottish Parties and not "branch offices" of Westminster based parties.

You obey the club rules but they don't collect your wages and tell you how to run your home. Westminster collects our taxes and tells us how to spend them

Westminster will refuse and you will say, "Well, we tried." and then stay the same as you are now. That doesn't get independence. Instead, your should demand it with the threat of UDI if they don't negotiate.

@blackfordian1 Is it not also time we did the same as Iceland and declared a section of our National waters closed to foreign fishing? Perhaps the first 15 or 20 miles from the shore. We can still open our deeper waters to EU boats as we have done in the past. Let's protect our coastal fishing.

@scozias @paulhutcheon I think the BBC and STV agree with you. ALBA party broadcast cancelled before the Germany game but "The Family Party" was on last night before the Swiss game. That's a definite bias against ALBA. They know Alec will get us independence if he gets into power.

@murdoch_charles @paulhutcheon It's dishonest John actually. His manifesto says if they get a majority of MPs he will negotiate for independence. But in his interview he stated that if they get a majority he will immediately ask for a referendum. That's not "Negotiating independence". 1/2
