@NBlairy At last we see some positive commentary from the Nationals on the inevitable move to Zero Net Emissions by 2050. Congratulations @NBlairy .
Zali Steggall's Climate Bill has designed the roadmap to get to this destination.
I'm in full support of both of these brave statements.
Australians count on rural Australia for future prosperity. Women have a huge part to play in that future! Whether they’re a farmer, researcher, scientist, policy developer, or agronomist everyone is a part of the overall equation.

“Last month at my farm it was 37 degrees. The following day we were threatened by bushfires. The climate is changing. Farmers are on the frontline and we need leadership from our elected leaders” @VMorganSchmidt
A national strategy for #agriculture and #climatechange is essential to minimise the risks posed to the farming sector & realise the oppunities that come with acting now.
A holistic, science-based strategy with multi-partisan support is needed now.
