Hopefully our new manager takes training for 17 hours a day, never goes on holiday, doesn’t ever go for a scran with his family, lives in the centre of Kenny, gets the 10A to training and wears 110’s (Neon’s only)
In the days and weeks after the Jota tragedy I (and plenty of others) said I'd basically forgive them anything in the coming season, and I have not done that. Probably worth reflecting on.
“My young son, 7, is under the rubble. My 15-year-old daughter is still under the rubble. My whole family is gone. What have they done to you, Netanyahu?”
Palestinian father sobs with pain as he describes the bitterness of displacement.
I have never felt unsafe around anyone muslim in my life yet you can’t walk round a corner round here without having to walk past a bunch of scallies dressed in all black with knives on them. I’d say that’s the real issue.
"The outside world has no idea of how important they were, they made sure that everybody believed."
"Each young boy who made his debut, Millie was in his ear - from the minute he was in the dressing room until the last minute of the game."

The Director of the UN's New York office just resigned after thirty years at the organisation over the UN's handling of the ongoing genocide of Palestinians.
The entirety of his resignation letter is a necessary read but this first page blew me away.
The moment an old Palestinian woman is evicted from her house by Jewish squatters. The house, which had been in her family for generations, was given to Jewish immigrants fresh off the plane from Eastern Europe, people with no connection to Palestine.
An entire culture, history and people are disappearing under the rubble – buried by the moral cowardice of our political leaders.
Artists whose work we will never know.
Teachers whose lessons we will never learn.
Children whose laughter we will never hear.
We must keep raising our voice for an immediate ceasefire. For the universal application of international law. For our shared humanity.
For the only path to a just & lasting peace: an end to the occupation of Palestine.
“Stay strong, father, don’t be scared.”
A moment between a Palestinian boy and his father on Thursday, as they both lay on hospital beds, suffering from serious injuries as a result of Israel’s bombardment of Gaza, occupied Palestine

We should condemn the targeting of all civilian life, no matter who does it.
Why can't our politicians uphold this basic moral principle, and defend international law universally and equally?
How many innocent Palestinian lives should be erased in the name of self-defence?
This clip from Sky News strips away the context - that I'd condemned Hamas' atrocity (at length) and listened in respectful silence to Margaret Hodge, before she repeatedly interrupted and flagrantly lied.
Throughout the fake "Hamas beheaded 40 children" psyop, there wasn't a single image of one of the supposed beheaded babies, no images of them when they were alive, no names nor ages, and no parents family members or came forward to say their child had been beheaded. It was all based on unverified claims and "beliefs" from the Israeli military.
Western media and politicians reported it as true anyway.
Meanwhile, real videos of Palestinian babies killed by Israel are all over social media, as are videos of bereaved parents wailing in pain like this one.
Western media ignores these.
That's how the propaganda machine works.
