@damianhardacre @ICT_MrP Ok I’ve been teaching for 21 years, have two kids 11&10, the summer holidays is when I get my time with them. As a secondary teacher I don’t agree the year 10’s were exhausted and ready for a long break to give their minds and bodies (who are still developing) time to do that.

@WG_Education Leave it how it is and make it match with public schools. Children need time to rest and grow too. Also spend that money organising activities that children can do in the holidays creating healthier 3-18 year olds if their parents have to work
