Just so you all know - Virgin Media is a crap company and there customer service is non-existent. They also tell lies. That is all.

@virginmedia Dont you get it? I dont want compensation- I want broadband and TV by tomorrow. And I understand that given the outage
only affects a small area, I can't see why this is not possible.

@virginmedia The 14th iis totally unacceptable And my experience of dealing with Virgin Media in the last 24 hours has been a nightmare.

@virginmedia Yes and I have been lied to by other departments which is outrageous. My lodger is self employed and will lose business. If I had been told the truth I could perhaps understand but it has taken 24 hours before some one actually told me what the situation was. SO ANGRY.

@virginmedia I got a text from yourselves saying the problem with TV and Broadband was fixed. This was at 13:05. However I get home and I STILL have no TV or Broadband. I was told it would e restored by 18:00 but this is no longer the message on 150. Why are lying?

@virginmedia It hasn't. I am told it may not be fixed until 14th January. This is simply not acceptable.

@virginmedia I am really angry I live in the MK45 postal area and have had no broadband or TV since yesterday. All I get on 150 is a message saying " engineers are dealing with the problem." Welk I expect you tell me what the problem is and when you expect to fix it.
