@ATT Internet restored after 5 days but can’t get devices connected. Worst service ever. I would rather my house burn to the ground than have to waste days trying to reconnect to your lousy internet.

@ATT Worst customer service ever. Internet was down for 3 days last week and it’s down now until Tuesday. Your field techs are worthless when they do the minimum to get service back up only to lose service again a week later. Try harder.

It makes zero sense to require this of vehicles registered in Cook and collar counties but not outlying counties. There is no regulation of interstate travel, nor should there be, get rid of the testing!
