Inspected the ongoing work to decongest the Varthur–Gunjur Road, along with officials. Critical stretches are being taken up for repair, with short-, medium- and long-term measures being implemented to ease congestion and improve road conditions.

Work on the entire stretch of Athibelle-Dommasandra-Gunjur -Varthur is underway and our focus is on results on the ground.

தவெக அரசு ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த கடந்த ஐந்து மாதங்களில், அரசு எடுத்த பல முடிவுகள், பின்னர் திரும்பப் பெறப்படுவது, உண்மையில் தமிழக அரசில் என்ன நடக்கிறது என்ற கேள்வியை எழுப்புகிறது.

முதலமைச்சரின் அரசியல் பிரிவு சிறப்பு அதிகாரி நியமனம் முதல், ஊழல் தடுப்பு மற்றும் கண்காணிப்பு இயக்குநர் மாற்றம், ஆவின் பால் மொத்த விற்பனையாளர்களுக்கான விலை உயர்வு, மாணவர்கள் போராட்டத்தில் பங்கேற்பதற்கான கட்டுப்பாடு, மற்றும் தற்போது சட்டம் ஒழுங்கு தொடர்பான RTI விலக்கு வரை, ஒரு முடிவு எடுக்கப்படுகிறது, அந்த முடிவுக்கு எதிர்ப்பு எழுந்ததும், உடனே அந்த முடிவு திரும்பப் பெறப்படுகிறது.

இந்த ஒவ்வொரு முடிவும் முதலமைச்சர் திரு. விஜய் அவர்களின் கவனத்திற்கும், ஒப்புதலுக்கும் சென்றுதான் எடுக்கப்படுகிறதா? இல்லை, முதலமைச்சருக்கு தெரியாமல் அரசு நிர்வாகத்தில் இத்தகைய முக்கிய முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப்படுகின்றனவா?

அவசர அவசரமாக முடிவுகளை அறிவித்துவிட்டு, எதிர்ப்பு வந்த பிறகு திரும்பப் பெறுவது, நிர்வாகத்தில் தெளிவின்மையையும், இந்த முடிவுகளை யார் எடுக்கிறார்கள் என்ற சந்தேகத்தையும் எழுப்புகிறது.

ஒரு அரசு கொள்கை முடிவுகளை எடுப்பதற்கு முன், அதன் சட்டரீதியான, நிர்வாகரீதியான மற்றும் மக்களுக்கு ஏற்படும் பாதிப்புகளை முழுமையாக ஆய்வு செய்வது அவசியம். தவெக அரசு, இத்தகைய முடிவுகளை அவசரமாக எடுத்து, பின்னர் எதிர்ப்பு எழுந்தவுடன் திரும்பப் பெறுவதற்குப் பதிலாக, முடிவெடுக்கும் முறையில் அதிக கவனமும், வெளிப்படைத்தன்மையும், பொறுப்புணர்வும் காட்ட வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்துகிறேன்.

Kicked off the Freedom Walk on Balagere Road! 🚨

Welcome to one of the most neglected areas in Bengaluru—Balagere Road, located in one of the highest tax-paying constituencies in the entire country. Yet, instead of basic, motorable infrastructure, residents and commuters are greeted with craters, waterlogging, and daily hazards where two-wheelers nearly get run over by water tankers.

During our walk, locals rightly asked: are they waiting for a fatal accident to happen before they finally lay down tar? With 60 crores sanctioned for Mahadevapura (including Varthur, Gunjur, and Balagere), taxpayers are left asking the ultimate question: Where did that money go?

Every monsoon, these roads flood and vehicle underbodies get battered repeatedly. Is this really what tax-paying citizens deserve? We joined hands with local residents to demand answers, transparency, and immediate accountability from our civic authorities.

From 6 years KRDCL is working on widening of varthur S35 Road and elevated section is going on, with speed of the current work it may take another 6 years.
I don't know how thick there skins are and what they eat.
People are suffering from years now, many have lost lifes.

On the occasion of the Ganesh Festival, a meeting was conducted today with all officers and staff engaged in Social Media duties in the Whitefield Division, along with the Special Branch (SB) personnel from all police stations.

During the meeting, necessary instructions were issued regarding effective monitoring of social media platforms, continuous surveillance of fake news, rumours, and provocative posts, prompt dissemination of law and order-related information to the concerned police stations and senior officers, timely submission of daily reports, and ensuring heightened vigilance, coordination, and responsibility among all officers and staff to facilitate the peaceful and orderly celebration of the Ganesh Festival.
