Trump's embarrassing rant last night about an election he lost six years ago made two things very clear:
1. He's not focused on making life better for Americans. Not even close.
2. We should act now to counteract any efforts to undermine our elections. https://t.co/L63hCChOn6
From years of election denial to tonight’s baseless lies, Donald Trump can see the writing on the wall.
When he fears losing, he lays the groundwork to blame the election.
The excuses have already begun.
The president is scared of your power, and he wants you to believe your vote does not matter.
He wants you to lose confidence in our electoral system so you stay home this November. He knows how discontent the American people are, and he wants to make sure that you do not vote.
Because if the people vote in their numbers, Republicans will lose.
I get it. Losing is hard. But six years later and Trump is STILL talking about the election he lost? This is something to work through with a therapist. Leave the people of Georgia and the country out of it.
Trump says Democrats forgot to rig the election in 2016, successfully rigged it while *he* was president in 2020, then forgot how to rig it again in 2024. So the only election Democrats supposedly stole was the one he himself controlled.
You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe this bullshit.
Before the president gets on television tonight to peddle lies and conspiracy theories, here is what you need to know:
The 2020 election was not stolen. We won, and he lost.
New reporting reveals the Trump administration moved original copies of the Emancipation Proclamation and 13th Amendment into defective storage cases, exposing the rare documents to harsh light and heat.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, a group of Americans signed their names to a piece of parchment and made a promise no nation had ever made before: that we're all created equal, endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights — life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
We're the only nation in history built not on ethnicity, or blood, or geography but on an idea. That's always been what makes us exceptional. We chose that path 250 years ago but that’s where the work began, not where it ended. Every generation has had to choose it again. At Valley Forge, at Gettysburg, on the beaches of Normandy, in the streets of Selma. Americans recommitted themselves to the principles on which our nation was founded.
Now it's our turn.
There's nothing guaranteed about our democracy. We have to fight for it, defend it, and earn it. Over and over, year after year. That's not a burden. That's what it means to be an American.
250 years in, we still haven't fully lived up to those words in the Declaration. But we've never walked away from them, and this July 4, I hope all of us can commit to one thing: that we never will. I don't believe we're as divided as we're told we are. I've bet my whole life on the American people, and I'm not stopping now.
Happy 250th birthday, America. Our story isn't finished. Let's keep writing it together.
This is terrible news for every American who doesn't want Trump-aligned billionaires to control what they watch and how much they pay.
The Paramount-Warner Bros. deal has reeked of corruption and influence-peddling.
This fight isn't over. State AGs must block this merger.
AI data centers will use up enough clean water for 1.3 billion people by the year 2030 according to a United Nations report.
We CAN live without data centers, we CAN'T live without clean water.
