Inspired by a conversation last week with @scottmartinis at SaaStr Annual about the future of GTM AI.
IMO Scott is the smartest and most forward-thinking person in GTM Engineering today.
We were talking about what a true GTM Operating System actually looks like — not “AI for sales” in the sense of better prompts or chatbot assistants, or just an "AI CRM", but actual infrastructure.
And how the GTM Engineers building this way right now are treating their go-to-market the same way software engineers treat production systems: version-controlled, spec’d, tested, and deployed programmatically.
