@CharIieBennett Don't forget much of the fan base has been on Gordon's back this season for underperforming and not contributing enough to goals and assist... If he has an opportunity to silence those fans and give himself a confidence boost then I see no issue.

1. We have never won a game that Gordon has started as striker.
2. With Burn and Trippier playing full back means we have no width to support Barns/Elanga.
3. We want to hope they don't flood the MF because that's how they'll stop us playing.

@CraigHope_DM What is it with this fixation on playing Gordon as a Striker? We have not won a single game where Gordon has played up top despite trying it several times. Also, what signal does it send to Wissa, Woltemade and Osula... Not one is given a chance with a decent run in the team.

Surely it can't be a surprise that there's interest in Willock, still has years in him, getting limited game time. This is a major failure on the recruitment team to not have a plan if a suitable bid comes in. It should be seen as a great opportunity rather than a problem.
