Air buds of right ear is not charging and have stopped working. Just over 6 months and this is quality. Need refund and take this faulty products of yours. First purchase and i have learned my lesson.

@Shubh_1210 @gonoise I was facing the same Distortion sound issue so @gonoise replaced/repaired it but delivered after warrenty period over. Now new issue facing with this delivered product And raised ticket on next day now @gonoise replying with your product warranty is over n you have to pay for.

I have got my repaired product on 04-05-2022 against Ticket ID 686961. We hope that repaired product should work well and if not working well than user have to raise ticket withing 2-3 days. I m facing new problem on received product on 05-05-2022 so raised a new ticket

id 710630 on 06-05-2022. But Today on call with noise support executive he told your warranty is expired on 03-05-2022 (I ordered this product from Noise site on 03-05-2021), so charges will be there for repairing. I hope @gonoise will understand my problem and justify it.
