3 - less stress for clubs and players if fixtures moved to first weekend in September

@hantscl So having just had a big ask around, we have 9 people who work in the mornings so can’t play, if we start at the normal time we have 14 who won’t miss the football. A 2 hour tea break is no good for anyone, hopefully common sense prevails, as it stands we are screwed this weekend
