The #RepublicOfBalochistan condemns ISI's franchise Daesh-Khurasan attack on BNP- Mengal rally in Quetta.
ISIS + Daesh-Khurasan = ISI is exposed.
The Republic of Balochistan strongly condemns the cowardly suicide attack on the rally of the Balochistan National Party (BNP-Mengal) which resulted killing of 16 and injured dozens others. The attack, claimed by Daesh Khorasan, a well-known proxy and franchise of Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI, is yet another tragic reminder of the systematic campaign of violence being waged against the people of Balochistan and their democratic political movements.
It is an undeniable reality that the Pakistani military establishment and the ISI continue to provide training, financing, and logistical support to hundreds of extremist religious militant groups. These forces are deployed to suppress pro-freedom political parties, activists, and leaders in Balochistan. Beyond Balochistan, such extremist networks are used to destabilize Afghanistan, exert pressure on current Afghan government, and obstruct the path of peace and development in the wider region.
Organizations such as Daesh Khorasan, Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, TRF, and many others operate with direct patronage from serving ISI officers, who arm, train, and direct them to wage terror across borders. These groups seek to destroy regional peace, derail progress in Balochistan, Afghanistan, and India, and undermine the bonds of harmony among nations.
Daesh Khorasan, in particular, had previously threatened the leadership of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) and Dr. Mahrang Baloch. Now, by launching a suicide attack on Akhtar Mengal and his political colleagues, Pakistan’s proxy militants have openly declared their malicious intent. It must also be recalled that Pakistan’s army chief, General Asim Munir, issued inflammatory threats against India prior to the Pahalgam massacre where Pakistan sponsored terrorists ruthlessly gunned down twenty-six innocent Indian tourists in front of their families.
Pakistan has revealed itself to be an emerging threat not just to Balochistan, but to the stability of the entire region. The Republic of Balochistan urges the international community to take an unequivocal stand: to support Balochistan, Afghanistan, and India in their struggle against Pakistan-sponsored terrorism.
American money is empowering Pakistan to fund proxies such as Daesh, ISIS, JeM, LeT, TRF and other death squads operating in Balochistan's region to harm the freedom loving Baloch cream of the society.
Today, it is Balochistan that suffers under the scourge of Pakistani state terrorism. If left unchecked, tomorrow the wider world too may fall victim to the violence, extremism, and instability that the Pakistani military and ISI continue to export.
