I don't like animal acts as I can't shake the feeling that it's not great for the animals
(it may be, but I can't shake the "I'm uncomfortable watching animals perform for my entertainment" feeling)

@Gabriel_Pogrund@ShippersUnbound It's people like him that, if there was to be another election, would prevent me from voting conservative again, he is an intelligent man but unlike, say, Ken Clarke, who shares similar views, he actively tried to stop Brexit and take power away from the government etc
@PrunellaLeBon @JacobHunt3r@MediaGuido@jonsnowC4@Channel4News Thing about c4 news presenters is if you see them on twitter, their unashamedly bias with their language.. that's fair enough for personal opinions about Brexit or conservatism, but it's hard to take them seriously, especially when that language leaks through into their reporting
@Paul_Furbank @IainDale to be fair, the lobbying group you've hashtagged is being supported by a supposed war criminal, his ex spin doctors that were the basis for the character Malcolm Tucker, an ex BBC Newsnight/Dateline London presenter, and 2 TIG members who've worked for ITN previously.. not great
@HildegardP@Peston@sarahwollaston If that's how it is, I don't think it's a good system! I get your point regarding think tanks and 3rd parties contributing to policy and eventually laws, but it's very scary to think there is literally a private company in the commons with supported by this big lobbying group
@EdConwaySky@SkyNews Correct me If I'm wrong (it is fairly complicated!) but dont WTO rules mean any tariffs placed/removed have to be matched by whatever country your dealing with? (for example, we put a 20% tariff on beef, they would have to agree to have the same 20% tariff on their beef)
@simbarnett@joanryanEnfield@TheIndGroup But the mandate they campaigned, the things they said theyd be fighting for in parliament on behalf of the people in exchange for their vote (respecting brexit, abolishing student fees etc etc) now no one knows what they'll support, but it likely won't be what got them there.
@simbarnett@joanryanEnfield@TheIndGroup Thanks for the correction I would say though it doesn't stop the fact alot of people voted for them expecting Corbyn socialism, only for them to do this, which is fair enough, but only if its OK'd by the people who put them there to begin with
@DavidMarkHerman@KateAndrs@afneil@Jo_Coburn Yesterday man, she asked her yesterday, don't let this issue be a left/right divide, All think tanks should disclose funding, if they want the level of influence they have
@west_response You end up in a culture where everyone is just going to be asking "who's funding this?" because uncertainty breeds speculation, and you allow the left wing trolls space to cultivate their conspiracies, that bleeds through to the mainstream, hence the sense of distrust
@RichardJaEvans@MarkUrban01 I think the SNP went to EU courts and asked if we can revoke a50 unilaterally and they said we could, so in theory all time restraints are self imposed, and we could simply revoke it until we've sorted it out, so yes is the short answer!
@scocialnetwork X Factor = Cheryl was a judge (+ in the US)
X factor - Olly presented the after show, on itv2
I think that speaks volumes about ollys popularity vs Cheryls popularity
@scocialnetwork I dont think you can compare Cheryl to olly, girls aloud/Cheryl where MASSIVE almost spice girls level of famous in the UK, olly is like the B team, he's on the level of The Wanted, or Craig David, he does charity kick abouts, never really MASSIVE on the scale Cheryl was/is.
@scocialnetwork Yes? When you are a massive pop star, and your lead single flops to 46 in like 2 weeks, yes, obviously not getting a top 10 for your massive comeback lead to single is a flop, outside the top 40? Articles are obviously gonna be written about the level of flop
@Nortonbri@HylandIan @drnataliej If you look at the critic ratings (94%) to the audiance score (50 something %) there's a big divide, so itll be interesting to see if it affects the ratings as it goes on, I was on board personally but it feels closer to horrible histories now, not "much watch TV" anymore
@JoeWritesThings I assume they're talking about patents, ie you can make sure the design/recipe/idea can't be copied via a patent , if you don't have anything like that, then someone can copy it
